Common Name: Flamingo Dappled Willow
Flamingo is a sport (mutation) of Nishiki. Flamingo's color is supposed to be superior to that of Nishiki. Yellow catkins in early spring followed by green, white and salmon pink dappled foliage. Grafted on a 60 standard. Likes sun, somewhat drought tolerant, bark turns red in winter. Old stems should be cut back for best appearance.
